试论体育优生与全民体质健康的关系

摘　　要：从体育的角度，论述了体育方法与手段对优生的作用从而提出了体育优生这个概念。文中指出了我国优生的现存问题，并通过剖析体育优生的条件以及体育优生与终身体育的关系，论证了体育优生是十分重要的，体育优生是终生体育的最早、最根本的阶段，对于全面有效地增强国民体质具有重大的现实性和深远的历史性，体育优生是全民体质健康的根本保证。From physical education, this article discusses the effects of bob physical education way and methods to eugenics from which a new concept, Physical Education Eugenic, was brought out. Especially, the essay points out the Problems existing in our nation's eugenic Practice, and Puts a deep discussion into Physical Education Eugenic conditions and the relation between Physical Education Eugenic and all -- life physical education, from which & conclusion is made that Physical Education Eugenic Practice is necessary and realistic. Physical Education Eugenic is the earliest and most fundamental stage of life-long physical education, and is effectinely of great realistic and historic significance to the strengthening of national health, so Physical Education Eugenic is a fundamental guarantee for people's Physical health.
