正确认识和逐步完善加工贸易制度

摘　　要：Processing trade is a special kind of trade which appeared in the histwical stage when China changed from planned economy to marked economy, from close economv to open economy. From the angle of policy - onentation, processing trade is a special favorade policy that Chinese government adopts during the period of China’s economic opening - up. It is an important supplement of normal trade in the condition of incomplete normal trade and restrained industhai compettion. Along with the development of opening up, the foreign dependence ratio and internationalization degree of China economy become higher and higher. Meanwhile, a series of new circumstances, new problems and new contradictions concerning processing trade appears.Processing trade needs policy and systematic consummation and adjustment. The main trend is that the ’doude track system’ of trade is on the way to combination.
