摘　　要：Historiography I deals with the criticism of historical documents and facts and historiography Ⅱ deals with the understanding and explanation of historiography I. The universality of historiography I is easy to understand,but historiography Ⅱ is not alike. It is concerned with the historical epistemology. W. H. Walsh tried to resolve this problem by raising perspectivism.
