高等学校基础研究工作面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：基础研究是高等学校科技工作的重要组成部分。如何增强高等学校自身的创新和竞争能力 ,使其在我国基础研究工作中有所作为 ,一直是科技管理工作者所研究的问题。本文以翔实的数据论述了高等学校在我国基础研究工作中的重要地位 ;通过与一些发达国家的分析对比 ,找出当前我国高等学校基础研究工作所面临的问题 。Basic research is a significant part of science and technology research activities in colleges and universi- ties.The key issue of science and technology administration is how to enhance the com petence of innovation and competition of colleges and universities,so that improvements in basic research can be m ade essentially in our coun- try.In this paper,we discuss the important status of college and university in the basic research of China with con- crete data in detail.And through the comparisons with those in advanced countries,we find the confronting prob- lem s existing currently in basic research of science and technology in colleges and universities in China.Finally the policies and measures to deal with these problems are formulated.
