住院患者社会支持特点及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解住院患者社会支持的特点及其影响因素。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对我院512名住院患者进行测试。结果①男、女患者社会支持各因子得分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。②不同职业的患者,社会支持各因子分均存在显著差异(P<0.01),干部和工人得到的社会支持最多,学生最少;不同治疗方式、不同科室的患者,社会支持总分及主观支持因子均存在显著差异(P<0.05);不同年龄段和不同家庭居住环境的患者,其社会支持各因子除支持利用度和客观支持以外,其余各因子均呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。③心理健康组患者社会支持各因子分除支持利用度外,其余各因子均显著高于心理不健康组。结论患者的社会支持影响心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the inpatient characteristics of social support and its related factors. Methods A total of 512 inpatients were investigated with Social Support rate Scale(SSRS)and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90). Results ① No clear difference was found in the total score,subjective support score,objective support score of SSRS between male and female(P>0.05). ②The social support was mark different on various the patients of occupation(P<0.01),and it is mark different social support total cent and subjective support on different treatment method and section room(P<0.05). and it is mark different respectively except effect support and objective support t on different age and families live(P<0.01).③ The social support of patient of mental health is mark higher than mental ill-health except effect support(P<0.01). Conclusion The mental health level of the patients is affected by the social support.
