摘　　要：农业现代化是建立在发达的农业科研基础之上的,新世纪的农业是一种应用生命科学和生物技术最新成果的高科技农业,农业发展的主要动力将源于知识资本。加速农村经济制度与农业技术政策创新,确立农业科研投入、农业科研体系,以及农业科技推广、农业科研政策法规、农业科技人才培养创新体系。Agriculture modernization is based on agricultural scientific research.In the new era it will depend on the achievements of life science and biological technology with knowledge capital as the main motive power.The key factors to realize agriculture modernization in China are as those:bringing forth new ideas in the economic system of the countryside and the technological policy of agriculture;the investment of agricultural scientific research;the research system of agricultural science;the extention of agricultural science and technology;the polices,laws and regulations of agricultural scientific research;the training of qualified scientists and technicians of agriculture.
