摘　　要：从实践经验出发,分析机车全周转时间的影响因素。结合机车的运用管理,探索压缩机车全周转时间的有效途径,缩短段停时间、站停时间及机车走行时间,提高机车运用效率,多快好省地完成铁路运输任务。Started from practical experience,analyized factors affecting locomotive complete turnround time,and combined with locomotive operation and management,the article explorates effective ways to compress locomotive complete turnround time with shortening the time for detention at depots and stations and locomotive moving time,in order to increase locomotive operation efficiency and complete the railway transport tasks with greater,faster,better and more economical results.
