摘　　要：外控变排量空调压缩机在现代汽车上得到越来越广泛的应用,与内控变排量压缩机相比可以有效解决调节精度差,响应时间慢,节能效果不显著、系统振荡和蒸发器结霜等问题。本文介绍了外控变排量压缩机的应用优点和工作方法,重点阐述外控变排量压缩机的结构与控制原理及整车上的标定及控制。Exterior variable displacement compressor(EVDC) has been more and more widely used for modern vehicles.Comparing with interior variable displacement compressor,EVDC can solve the problems of bad control precision,slow feedback timing,unremarkable energy saving effect,system surge and evaporator freeze.This article presents the advantage and working theory of EVDC,emphases on the internal structure of EVDC,control theory,vehicle calibration and control for EVDC.
