摘 要:以跨坐式单轨列车转向架构架为试验对象,在构架危险部位布置应变片。采用半桥路接线法,运用IMC公司便携式数采器CI,对车辆在30,35,40,45 km/h运行速度下危险部位测点的应力时间历程数据实时采集。对采集的数据进行截取、滤波、平滑、迟滞处理及载荷谱无效幅值舍弃后,编制雨流计数程序及材料的S-N材料特性程序,计算出该构架在不同时速、不同滤波情况下疲劳损伤值。根据测试的数据,拟合出损伤值与速度之间的函数关系,预测了转向架构架在不同运行速度下的疲劳寿命。Straddle-type monorail train bogie frame was regarded as the test object.The strain gauge was layout at dangerous situation of the frame.By using the half-bridge wiring method and applying portable data collector CI of IMC,the stress time history data of the measuring point placed the dangerous situation was collected at 30,35,40,45 km/h speed.After the collected data was cut,filter,smooth,delayed treatment and discarded invalid amplitude,the program of rain-flow counting and S-N material curve were complied.By the program,the fatigue damaged values under different speed,different filter were calculated.Based on the test data,the function of damaged value and speed were set up,and the fatigue life in different running speed was predicted.
