摘　　要：文章提出基于JPEG2 0 0 0标准的感兴趣区域 (ROI ,RegionofInterest)编码方法。采用比特平面完全提升方法 (MaxShift) ,在对图像进行内嵌比特平面编码时 ,可对给定的感兴趣区域优先进行编码并组织码流 。A Region of Interest (ROI) Coding method based on JPEG2000 is presented. By using the bitplane maximum shift (MaxShift) mothed, the given region of interest can be coded firstly and the codestream can be organised during the embedded bitplane coding. As a result, it can achieve better compression capability than bachgroud region.
