摘　　要：评价我国工业技改的状况;分析清洁生产与工业技改的关系。提出结论:清洁生产有利于工业技改,工业技改促进清洁生产,我国推行清洁生产有广阔的空间与前景。This paper reviews and comments on the present situation of industrial technological reform in China; and it studies and analyses the relationship between sanitation production and industrial technological reform. Then it puts forward its conclusion, sanitation production is beneficial to industrial technological reform, and in turn industrial technological reform promotes sanitation production.
