摘　　要：印度联合政府政治浅析邱永辉９０年代印度政坛的最大变化是，印度进入了联合政府时代，在１９８９年、１９９１年和１９９６年三次大选中，印度没有任何一个政党取得超过半数的席位。１９９８年２至３月，印度将举行中期选举，产生两年之中的第５任总理和人民院５４３位...Abstract The author,in this article,reveals the unavoidability of forming a coalition government and characteristics of the activities of Indias coalition government through analysis of the social and cultural basis of coalition government politics in India,the general election of 1996 itself and the operation of the coalition government after the general election.
