摘　　要：本文依据运动生理学原理，运用现代体育教学、训练理论，结合教学、训练实践，研究设计了“链式循环练习法”，旨在为丰富教学、训练理论提供参考。In accordance with the principle of exercise physiology,applying the modern theories in the teaching and training of PE and combiningwith the practice,the paper studied and designed the Chain Circuit Training Method for the purpose of providing a good reference for teaching andtraining.
