摘  要:研究了Wistar大鼠一次性力竭游泳运动前后多形核中性粒细胞(Polymorphonuclear neu-trophils,PMNs)组织学和组织化学变化。光镜和电镜研究均表明大鼠PMN与人PMN有相似的形态和结构特征。在被动状态下,PMN呈球形,膜表明有许多皱褶。运动前大鼠PMN从被动态到激活态的平均时间为3.5h,而运动力竭后大鼠PMN从被动态到激活态的平均时间则为2h,明显减少。免疫细胞化学研究表明大鼠运动力竭后细胞骨架(微丝和微管)发生明显改变,结合对大鼠PMN组织学的观察,提出大鼠运动力竭后PMN处于“预激活态”的观点。Histological and histochemical changes of rat polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) were studied using light microscopy (LM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Histologically, the undeformed shape of rat PMN is spherical with numerous membrane folding similar to that of human PMN. When a population of PMNs was freely suspended in media with EDTA, the cells remained undeformed in the passive state for about 3. 5 h for pre-exhaustive swimming and for about 2 h for post-exhaustive swimming after separation from the venous blood of rat. The study showed that after exhaustive swimming, there were significant changes in rat PMN cytoskeleton (microfila-ment and microtubule) by immunocytochemistry. In light of the fact that PMNs of rats exhibited histologi-cal changes, it was necessary to assume a'pre-activated'state for the PMNs after exhaustive swimming.
