摘　　要：从回顾对亚当·斯密研究的简要历史着手，深入地探讨了隐含在斯密整个思想理论体系的关于“经济人”所作的两个暗含约束条件，即“经济人”的内在约束：有限理性与道德约束和“经济人”AbstractProceeding from a brief review of the history of the study of Adam Smith,the present paper sums up the points already achieved and probes into the two implicit binding conditions contained in Smith's ideological and theoretical system about “economic man',i.e. his internal binding:the limited rational and moral binding,and his external binding:the binding of the law.
