摘　　要：丘浚是明代大政治家、经济学家，在其代表作《大学衍义补》中，有许多关于货币的杰出的思想：1．货币是随着生产力的发展和商品的交换而产生的，货币具有价值尺度与贮藏手段的职能；2．主张货币的铸造权和发行权应统归国家；3．提出了以白银为基础，银、钱、钞平行流通的货币改革方案，并明确规定其兑换比率。Qiu Jun was a prothenent politician and economist of Ming Dyansty. In his masterpiece Da Xue Yan Yi Bu, there were many brilliant thouthts bout currency. They were: 1. Money was brought about with the development of productive forces and the exchange of commedities, thus the money poSsesses the hations of both measure of value and means of reserve; 2. The montage and the right of issuing should belong to the coutry; 3. The reform measures about circufahon of silver, copper and Paper honey were advances and the rate of exchange was clearly defined.
