摘　　要：从事剧艺的人所以能长期默默耕耘,甚至终其一生,是因为他们懂得戏剧创作过程的真正价值:它锻炼的是一种处事对人的态度;除了在剧作上面,在任何团体、社区,对民主都有益和富建设性。Many people in theater are engaged in theatrical work for decades, even throughout their lives. Why do they consistently maintain a deep love for drama? The reason is that they realize the real value of the creative process. It is the creative process that tempers their attitudes towards life. And these proper attitudes are not only of benefit to their dramatic creation, but also constructive for the society in which they live.
