摘  要:高速摄影机、拉力传感器、遥测肌电仪等3种仪器同步测试,探讨吊环后摆类动作的一些运动学及动力学特征。研究结果表明,后摆类动作在肌群收缩的顺序、始动点、结束点、用力程度及测力曲线等方面都有其各自的规律和特点。同时通过研究,论证了统编教材中的不足和缺陷,为吊环悬垂后摆类动作的教学和训练提供了新的素材。High-speed camera,pull-force transducer and remote myoelectric device were used for simultaneous measurements to investigate the kinematic and kinetic features of hanging backswing movements in rings. Results indicated that there were regularities and specific features separately for the order, time procedure and time difference of muscle contraction as well as for the pull-force curve. Insufficiencies and defects in the common textbook were also discussed and new references were supplied for teaching and training in rings.
