摘　　要：以BHFA498型粗纱机的成形工艺设计为样本,就各成形工艺参数的含义展开讨论,并解释了各参数的选择原则,试纺调整的程序及注意事项,介绍了智能粗纱机粗纱伸长率控制的途径。With the forming process design of BHFA498 Roving machine as the sample, the paper conducts the discussion on different meanings of forming process parameters. Selection principles of different parameters, programs of test spinning adjustment and some matters needing attention are explained. Roving elongation controlling methods of intelligent roving machine are also introduced.
