摘　　要：哺乳动物植入前胚胎发育的程序化过程,是发育生物学的核心问题,弄清这一过程,对研究哺乳动物早期发育有着重要意义.因受研究方法、实验材料等因素的影响,该研究领域的进展缓慢.文章就近年来在植入前胚胎发育的分子事件、母源调控向合子型调控的过渡、细胞核重建、染色质的重建机制、基因组甲基化与基因表达等方面的研究进展进行了综述.The programming during mammal preimplantation embryo development is a key problem. It is more important to understand this processes for studying early development in mammal. Because of some factors such as study methods and experiment material the progress in this research field is slow. This paper will give a summary in molecule events of preimplantation embryo development, the transition from maternal to embryonic control in early mammalian development, the relationship between nuclear remodeling and development, the mechanism of reconstruction of chromatin, epigenetic reprogramming in mammalian development.
