冬季奥运会冰上项目的战略研究

摘　　要：世界主要体育强国成功的关键都在于根据自己的国情确定合理的奥运会战略,夏、冬季奥运会并重是各国战略的共同特点。然而,与我国在第23届夏季奥运会上取得的历史性突破相比,同年冬季奥运会我国的成绩却居于下游水平,出现了我国男选手比不过民主德国女选手的局面。This paper attempted to study the development of ice sports to make it basically parallel with sum-mer sports in China.Through analysing literatures and informantion, inquiring of experts, analysing and dis-cussion, the following conclusions were revealed: 1.After the founding of new China, ice sports in China have undergone five phases: learning, quickdeveloping, wrecking,recovering and steady progressing. 2. Comparing with advanced nations, the disparity is about 0.5 to 1 turn in jumping rotational move-ments of figure skating,7 to 13 years lag behind for short distance speed skating and 11 to 21 years forlong distance. The level of women events are all better than those of men's. Ice hockey occupies the 19 thplace in the world. 3. Predictions have made: by 2000 we may get into the top 6th place in certain evens of figure skai-ing at world competitions, the 5-10th place in short distance speed skating and 16-20th place in long dis-tance speed skating.The ice hockey team may get into the middle of the B group in world championships. From the study, following suggestions have made. In order to improve the performances of ice sports. wemust put stress on certain events, perfect the networks of training, reform the systemof training organiza-tron,strengthen scientific researches,develop talents and strengthen leadership under the commissions forphysical culture and sports at different levels.
