摘　　要：印度国大党的经济计划思想产生于它领导民族独立运动时期。印度取得独立、国大党执政后,它的计划思想又有某些发展,并且经历了六个五年计划的实践。计划对印度经济发展起了积极的作用,但也暴露了它致命的弱点。现就国大党的计划思想及其实践作一粗浅的探讨。This article tells us how the ideology and principles of economic planning evolved in the Congress Party from ihe 1920s onwards and how the Congress governments put them into practice over the last six 5-Year Plan periods. The writer has a mixed opinion of the performance ofthese Plans, pointing out that there have been failures as well as successes.
