摘　　要：党的十七大报告指出,要深化收入分配制度改革,逐步扭转收入分配差距扩大趋势。目前我国分配制度不够完善,不同群体之间收入差距持续扩大。必须充分认识深化分配制度改革的必要性和着力点,多方面采取措施,改革分配制度,理顺分配关系,促进科学发展,构建和谐社会。The 17th National Congress of the CPC report points out that,we need to deeply improve the reform of in- come distribution system,reverse the expanding trend of income distribution step by step.In our country the distri- bution system is not improved and arranged very much,and more,the invisible income gap still expanding between different groups,it is necessary to intensify the reform of the distribution system sufficiently and assign system painstakingly in many ways,such as,adopting measure,reforming,rationalizing relations of income distribution, boosting science developing,and constructing harmonious society.
