摘　　要：网络环境下的信息管理是一项庞大的系统工程。互联网为书目情报服务开创了良好的条件和环境。网络环境下信息资源的标准化建设已不断规范和完善,但海量无序的信息与读者对特定信息需求之间的矛盾却日益突出。建立可靠、完善的书目情报服务体系是解决快速增长的文献与特定信息需求之间矛盾的有效途径。因此,应强化网络书目情报服务观念,重视对读者的个性化服务。According to anglicizing the opportunity and challenge under the bibliography information service of net- work environment,the article poses the development strategy under the bibliography information service of network environment.The writer considers it should enhance the standardized construction of network resources,explicate the new way of the bibliography information service,focus on the pattern of network resources service,develop the ability of acquiring the bibliography information by the readers,adapt to the development of network environment.
