摘　　要：统筹城乡劳动力就业是统筹城乡发展的重要内容。受劳动力市场建设滞后,农村劳动力整体素质偏低等主客观条件的限制,我国农村富余劳动力的转移就业在就业机会、就业培训、就业条件方面存在诸多困难。因此。应从健全城乡劳动者平等就业的政策协调体系、公共服务体系、劳动用工制度,构建平等就业的教育体制和信息服务体系,以及完善金融服务体系着手,统筹城乡劳动力就业。Employment is an important part of overall development of rural and urban areas.Due to the lag of the de- velopment of labor market,and the limitation of low quality of rural labor for employment,many problems are to deal with on the transfer of rual surplus labor,such as the job-obtaining chance,and pre-job training,etc..Therefore, public adminstration department should start from building up mechanism which is helpful to providing equal em- ployment chance,public service system,employment management regulations ,equal education and information ac- cessing mechanism,perfect financial service.
