摘　　要：工伤保险是社会保障体系的重要组成部分。我国目前的工伤保险制度在立法上存在缺陷和不足、工伤保险救济程序较为繁琐等问题都不利于保护农民工合法权益。因此,一要修改和完善立法,把农民工纳入工伤保险范围;二要科学设计农民工工伤救济程序;三是建立并完善农民工工伤保险的救济程序。The work injury insurance is an important part of the social security system.The problems including that the legislative shortcomings and lack in the work injury insurance system and work injury insurance relief to the more cumbersome procedures and other issues are not conducive to the protection of the legitimate rights and inter- ests of migrant workers.As a result,we have to firstly,modify and improve the legislation to keep the migrant work- ers into the scope of the work injury insurance;secondly,design the relief procedures of migrant workers injured sci- entificly;thirdly,establish and improve migrant workers work injury insurance relief procedures.
