摘 要:本文研究了CPM网络中关键工序被压缩后网络中新关键路线的出现规律。文章首先推导出总时差定理和特征路线定理,在此基础上得出了替代关键路线定理,即关键工序中断时,网络中新关键路线是该工序的最小总时差平行工序的特征路线。文章最后给出了关键工序被压缩后新关键路线的寻找方法,并提供了一个算例。The rule of the new critical path,while the critical activity is crashed in CPM network,is discussed. Firstly,the paper proposes the Total Float Theorem and the Characteristic Path Theorem,on the basis of which the Substituting Critical Path Theorem is concluded.It shows that the new critical path,while a critical activity is discontinued, is surely the characteristic path passing through the activity which has minimum total float in all activities paralleling the discontinued critical activity.Finally,the paper presents a method and an example of finding the new critical path when critical activity is crashed.
