摘  要:建设项目参与者之间的协同决策是项目参与者协同管理的本质要求。目前,在建设过程中还存在工作效率低、超预算、超工期、安全事故时有发生等弊病,这些弊病的产生和建设项目参与者之间的缺乏合作、信任和有效的信息有密切关系。建设项目参与者协同管理的目的之一就是要协调业主、总承包商、分包商、供应商等建设项目参与者之间的决策,做到参与者的群(协同)决策,降低或消除上述弊病,提高项目建设绩效,协同决策还是避免建设项目参与者群决策的双边际效应、减少不确定性、提高决策理性的有效途径,是建设项目参与者协同管理的重要体现。本文使用熵理论中的熵权及相对熵,构建了建设项目参与者协同决策的多目标群决策模型。Collaborative decision making among construction stakeholders is the essential requirements of construction management.At present,during the project process still exist the low efficiency,ultra budget and super-period, security incidents occur from time to time,these shortcomings are relative to lack of cooperation among stakeholders, trust and effective decision making mthods.One of the aims of collaborative management of stakeholders is to coordinate the owners,general contractors,subcontractors,suppliers and other construction projects in the decision -making,so that stakeholders in the group decision-making improve project performance,collaborative decision -making can avoid of the bilateral inter-group decision-making effect project stakeholders,reduce uncertainty and improve decision-making rationalily.In this paper,the use of entropy theory and relative entropy theory presents a construction project stakeholders multi-objective group decision-making model in construction project collaboration management.
