摘 要:工序机动时间特性研究是对项目进度进行科学管理的基础。针对在不影响总工期的情况下,同一路线上非紧前紧后工序间能否相互影响的问题,即机动时间的传递性问题,以及工序能否在不影响其紧前紧后工序的同时也不受其紧前紧后工序的影响的问题,即机动时间的稳定性问题,利用机动时间的几类时差,特别是前、后共用时差、双单时差和双共时差,提出工序具有机动时间传递性和稳定性的充分必要条件,以及工序的最大机动时间传递量和稳定量的求法,最后通过算例实现其应用。The analysis on activity float is the basis of managing project schedule.The problem of activity float transitivity is that in the circls of project the time limit couldn't be affected,whether an activity could affect anther one which is not border upon it in the same path.And the problem of activity stability is that whether an activity couldn't be affected by its preceding or succeeding activities when it doesn't affect them.Aiming at the two problem, we propose that firstly,sufficient and necessary conditions of activity having float transitivity and stability by using several conceptions of float,especial forward common float,back common float,double common float and double alone float;secondly,algorithm of calculating the maximal float transitivity value and float stability value of each activity;and finally,feasibility and validity of the conclusions is illuminated through example analysis.
