摘　　要：中国民主革命的先行者孙中山在近代化的视野下规划了开发西北的蓝图,这是近代以来国人对开发西北认识的一次质的跃升。20世纪30年代到40年代国民政府对西北地区的建设,深受孙中山开发西北思想的影响,是其思想由认识到实践层面的转移。共和国初期及当前的西部大开发,可以说是在继承孙中山等近代开发西北思想认识基础上的一次综合与全面推进,并明晰了西部地区的地理概念。Sun Zhongshan who is the forthgoer of China's democratic revolution has programmed the blueprint of the development of the nothwest,which is the first leap of the recoganization on it.The later construction on the north- west by Nationality Government of China from 1930' to 1940' is thanks to the enligtenment of Sun Zhongshan's ideas,and it is the practice of his ideas.The current west development policy as well as in the early period after the founding of New China,which has clarified the geographical conception of the west ,is the inheritance and overall promotion of Sun Zhongshan's idea.
