摘　　要：党的十七大报告对中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜的论述,概括了整个社会主义历史时期共产党人全部实践的普遍本质,引领着整个社会主义历史时期马克思主义自身发展一切方面的共同主题.反映了整个社会主义历史时期共产党人现实历史活动的最终指向,指明了整个社会主义历史时期人民群众实现自身利益的根本途径,不仅具有巨大的实践意义,而且在旗帜问题上,还实现了前所未有的四大理论飞跃。The report of the 17th National Congress on the'great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics' summarizes the essence of the communists'practice,leads the direction of Marxism's development,uncovers the ul- timate objective of the communists'activities and points out the fundamental resort of realizing people's interests during the whole socialist period.It not only has great practical value but also makes four unprecedented theoretical breakthroughs on the issue of the party's banner.
