摘　　要：以某钢厂自备电厂的总包合同为例,对施工合同的主要风险因素、评价要点进行了分析,提出了施工合同风险管理与控制的防范措施,以期承包方在签订此类合同时尽可能将风险估计充分并合理分担。The paper analyses the risk factors and the evaluation points of the main construction contract as the example of a total turnkey contract of power plant owned by Steel plant. It proposes construction contract risk management and control preventive measures in order to help the contractor estimate full risks and share risks reasonable.
