摘　　要：介绍了运用信息熵确定指标权重的方法,对灰色决策的基本原理进行了研究,分析了影响建筑工程项目评标的因素,建立了相应的数学模型,并通过示例对投标方案进行了灰色决策。The paper introduces the way of applying information entropy method to ascertain the indexes' weights, researches the basic principles of grey decision-making, analyses the influence factors of building construction programs' biding evaluation and builds the mathematic model. It presents a grey decision-making case for the scheme of bidding evaluation.
