摘　　要：在阐述温州个人集资建房运作模式的基础上,指出个人集资建房是一种合作消费行为,与传统的房地产投资消费存在许多不同,旨在为政府及相关部门进行个人集资建房的可性行分析提供依据。To provide evidence for feasibility analysis of individual co-operative housing mode, basing expounding the mode in Wenzhou, the paper points out it's a cooperative consumption behavior, and there are various of differences when compared with traditional real estate investment.
