摘　　要：从房地产的特点和住宅房地产的功能分析入手,考虑房地产开发的风险估计,依据多目标线性规划的数学模型对某住宅小区的案例进行了决策分析,得到了最优解,为设计方案和布局提供有价值的参考,并为住宅房地产开发决策的最优解作了系统的总结。Based on the characters of the real estate and the function analysis of the residential real estate, risk estimation of the real estate development is necessary and important. A decision analysis for one residential community based on the mathematic model of the multi-objective linear programming is established and then its optimum solution can be calculated by MATLAB software. Both valuable reference for the design scheme and allocation and the systematic generalization of the optimum solution for real estate development decision-making are the conclusions.
