摘 要:本文在分析需求流动网特点的基础上,将其应用到房地产开发研究领域。传统供应链管理模式都是以房产开发商为核心,而本文采用的需求流动网模型将房地产的营销代理商作为核心企业,更符合现代房地产开发的实际情况。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the Demand Flow Network(DFN), the DFN was applied to study the development of the real estate. The traditional model such as the supply chain management regards real estate developers as the most core enterprises, but marketing agents of the real estate is estimated as the core enterprises in DFN model,which is really in agreement with the actual case in the real estate development.
