摘 要:综合分析了工程项目施工过程中业主、承包商、监理方三者行为的相互作用对工程质量的影响,以寻租理论和委托代理理论为基础,应用博弈理论建立了三方一次性质量博弈模型,用逆推归纳法得到了均衡解,通过对模型及博弈结果的分析,提出建立建筑市场信用体系,通过制度安排,创造重复博弈的环境,改变博弈方的策略空间和收益结构,进而改变均衡结果,从而达到通过有效的制度安排来提高建筑工程质量的目的。In this paper, the one-short quality game model between project owner, contractor and supervisor was established based on the theory of rent-seeking and principal-agent after analyzing comprehensively the effect of reciprocity of the three players to the project quality. And then, the equilibrium was gained through the method of recessive induction. After analyzing the game and its equilibrium, a suggestion to establish construction market credit system was put forward. This system would stand for arranging system to create a condition of repeated game, change the strategy space and payoff structure of the players and then better the equilibrium to gain the ends of heightening project quality.
