摘　　要：本文依托政府导向解决"三农问题"为研究支撑,提出构建和谐社会中国新农村基础设施建设的必要性,提高中国新农村的管理水平和核心竞争力,最大限度整合资源优势,构架农民、农村、农业可持续性发展。根据对和谐社会中国新农村基础设施建设可行性分析和研究方式的界定,实现中国新农村基础设施建设的整体提升和运行,促进和谐发展,为政府制定政策提供科学依据。The paper relies on the support of government policy for solving the three agriculture problems.It is necessary that China new countryside infrastructure building of harmonious society are erected for advancing management standard and core competitiveness,and integrating resource advantage which works on sustainable development in farmer,country,agriculture.Based on feasibility analysis and boundary of research mode,it puts forward enhancing China new country infrastructure building,accelerating harmonious development,and providing science foundation for government policy.
