摘　　要：针对目前建筑企业中存在的应急预案编制范围不清的问题进行分析,指出应急预案编制应针对紧急情况的级别,并且结合建筑企业生产特点,指明了建筑企业应急预案编制的层次和范围。This paper analyses the question that what on earth the scope of emergency plan compiled by construction industry enterprise should be,and indicates that the compilation of emergency plan should correspond to the degree of emergency complexion.In addition,on the basis of the characteristics of the construction industry enterprise produces,the paper indicates the distinction and scope of emergency plan which compiled by construction industry enterprise.
