摘　　要：本文系统地分析了工程项目评标程序下指标的选取和确定中存在的问题,针对这些问题运用价值工程,通过功能、成本及价值评价系数的计算,对评标工作进行价值分析,建立新的评标模型。本文还从实践的角度,对引入价值工程后的评标模型进行实例分析,以验证其可行性和可操作性。Based on a systematic analysis of the problems existed in indicators selection and determination of project evaluation process,this paper depends on the function,cost and evaluation index,to scretch the value analysis of the evaluation work and set up establishment of a new bid evaluation model.This paper also uses the introduction of value engineering evaluation model example to verify its feasibility and practicability from practical point of view.
