清单计价招投标中的博弈

摘　　要：对清单计价推行之后投标方之间以及招投标双方之间的博弈演进过程进行分析。结果表明,清单计价的推行初始阶段恶性竞争是暂时的,并预测随着建设参与主体各方对招投标认识及工程管理认识的提高,清单计价的好处会逐渐体现,清单计价招投标的市场竞争会逐渐步入良性循环。Game analysis between bidders and both sides of the bidding was performed under the list evaluation.The results indicate that the vicious competition in the initial stage of list evaluation is temporary.With the better understanding of bidding and project management,the paper predicts that the advantage of list evaluation will gradually embody and the market competition will gradually march into the positive cycle.
