摘　　要：国防科技工业军民两用技术市场化是加速军民两用科技成果转化的必要前提。以此为分析的基点,本文首先分析了国防科技工业军民两用技术市场化运行机理,在此基础上,对新时期我国国防科技工业的军民两用技术创新体系建设、军民两用技术市场平台建设以及军民两用技术市场化评估体系建设进行了研究。The dual-use technological mercerization is the premise of accelerating the transformation of dual-use technologic achievements.Taking this as analyzing basic point,this article has analyzed the mercerization operation mechanism of dual-use technology,then on this basis,it makes a detailed study of the construction of dual-use technological innovation system,the dual-use technical market platform and mercerization evaluation system of dual-use technology in new era.
