摘　　要：从工程建设监理制的现状出发,分析工程建设监理制在造价监理过程中存在的问题,对监理在我国建设项目实施阶段的造价管理机制进行系统研究。运用信息经济学和博弈论来对新旧体制之间及业主方、承包商、监理之间在建设过程中和造价管理中的博弈格局进行探讨,为监理如何在建设项目实施过程中充分发挥作用寻求了一条适应我国市场经济的合理有效的监理造价控制办法。This paper explores the state quo of engineering construction supervision, and points out the questions arising from engineering cost supervision. Furthermore, the engineering cost management system in construction is systematicolly examined in purpose of finding a feasible and effective way to cost control in supervision.
