摘　　要：针对《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的实施,对施工企业如何在市场竞争的环境中生存和发展的若干问题进行了深入探讨,结合企业自身的特点,完善企业管理思想和经营理念,以适应市场经济发展的需要。With the enforcement of Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works ,this paper mainly discussed the subsistence and development of construction enterprises in the environment of dastical market competition, and how to perfect the ideas of enterprise management and the principles of management, to adapt to the demand of market economy development.
