多重限制要素下的中小城市发展方向的选择——以江西省樟树市为例

摘　　要：中小城市已经成为我国社会经济发展的重要组成部分,和许多大城市一样,它们在城市发展过程中也会遇到各种限制要素的束缚,面临着如何选择发展方向的问题。以江西省樟树市为例,通过分析各种限制要素的制约以及突破其束缚所需要的代价等情况,对土地空间发展方向做出指引性判断。从而也为其他中小城市在自身能力有限的情况下,如何合理地使用有限的城市资源,突破束缚城市发展的限制要素,选择合理的发展方向提供借鉴。Small and medium sized cities occupy an important possession in China's social and economic development.As most large cities,middle and small cities are currently facing various districts in their development.How to choose a correct direction is a main problem in cities development plan.This article taking Zhangshu city as an example,tries to analyze the different districts which obstacle a city's development,the cost of breaking through these districts,as well as directing the city's development in land use.It also provides experience for those middle and small size cities using cities' natural resources in a reasonable way and choosing a correct developing direction after advancing factors which limited cities' development.
