摘 要:作为城市转型和产业升级的热点,商贸功能受到地方政府的重视和推进商贸城是体现城市目标和市场力量的空间裁体,需要研究商贸发展趋势与特点,正视商贸城规划建设中的若干误区,促进近郊商贸城与城市之间的协调。现以株洲荷塘区商贸城的规划设计为例,研究新一代商贸城如何把握城市发展需求,制定合理的目标定位、发展模式、设计策略,实现与城市发展的互动。As a hotspot of urban restructuring and industrial upgrading,commercial functions have gained prominence and have been promoted by local governments. Commerce and trade centers are spatial manifestations of market forces and city objectives.It is important to study the trend of urban commercial activities, understand the deficiencies in the planning and development of commerce and trade centers and to promote the coordination between the suburban and urban projects.Taking the planning and design of the commerce and trade center in the Hetang District as a case,this article examines space demand,development targets,development process,and design strategies in order to facilitate the project's integration with urban development at the city level.
