产城融合内涵解析与规划建议

摘　　要：总结了转型发展时期开发区"产城融合"提出的背景,并解读了"产城融合"的内涵,主要包括人本导向、功能融合、结构匹配认为"产城融合"是地区发展到一定阶段的产物,需要分析不同地区的发展阶段和结构特征,才能提出合理的对策建议、结合规划实践,提出认清地区发展阶段、寻求区域合作发展、优化结构完善设施、培育中心提升活力等规划建议。The paper traces the conceptual origin of 'City-industry Integration',It summerizes its meanings by including three main dimensions:human orientation, functional integration,and structural compatibility.At the same time,the paper argues that generation of the idea 'City-industry Integration' is an outcome of regional development and planning strategies toward industrial park - city integration must take into consideration of local development stage and structural features. By analyzing a few planning projects,the paper points out the importance of regional cooperation,optimization of economic structure and vitalization of regional centers in planning.
