地块划分对加强城市设计实效性的意义

摘　　要：针对城市设计在现实开发环境中屡遭失效的问题,通过实际项目及案例分析,试图找寻到失效根源所在。提出了将地块划分方法融入城市设计,以提升城市设计实效性的构想。In the light of the ineffective urban design in the real world, the authors try to analyze the reasons by reviewing a number of projects we have partcipated.In addition,the article proposes a new method of block division that can help improve the effectiveness of urban design practices.
