基于区域空间关系梳理的城市设计方法——以上海市黄浦江ES4单元城市设计方案为例

摘　　要：城市建成区范围内的城市设计不仅仅是为了营造一个独具特色的空间形象,更加重要的是需要协调与周边区域的关系,并以此为目的构建城市设计框架在编制上海市黄浦江ES4地块城市设计方案时,以顺应区域关系、强化区域特色为核心出发点,城市设计方案的理念、方案整体格局的确定以及三维空间形态设计均建立在区域空间关系分析的基础上,提出了一种基于区域空间关系梳理的城市设计方法。Urban design in built-up areas aims to create unique spatial images and to achieve coordination betweenthe new project and elements in the surrounding areas.Urban design frameworks should help achieve these two objectives.In the urban design of Shanghai Huangpu River ES4 land unit,the design proposal was developed based on the analysis of urban spatial relationships.Efforts were made to enhance local characteristics.Such a design method can provide reference to other projects.
