空间规划与产业发展的互动研究与实践——以株洲产业新城为例

摘　　要：通过对空间与产业特征的研究,以株洲产业新城的规划实践为例,对空间规划和产业发展之间的关联性进行分析研究。寻找空间与产业之间的契合关系,研究如何通过空间规划与产业发展的互动来实现城市内部功能空间的协调融合,以达到产业新城产业良性发展、新城高效运作的长远发展目的经过研究发现,可以从以下三个角度切入,以加强空间和产业的契合。第一,从空间特性入手分析产业链的空间布局以及选择主导产业类型。第二,从产业特性入手,形成产城融合的空间布局以及示意开发的地块尺度、第三,在规划中加强空间的灵活性,以应对产业发展的变数最终形成既适宜产业发展,又充分尊重现有用地条件的用地建设方案。The paper examines the planning of several new industrial districts in Zhuzhou by analyzing the connections between spatial planning and industry development. It attempts to apply such knowledge to new industrial district planning in order to facilitate the growth of both industries and new towns.Three methods are proposed in new industrial district planning.First,the determination of spatial structure of industrial chains and key industries should be based on the analysis of local spatial characteristics.Second,coordinated city-industry development and scales of development plots must be determined by local industrial features.Third,flexibility of land use must be built into the plans to help industrial zones cope with unanticipated economic changes.
